RETURNING A GIFT ORDER
Gifts purchased in COS retail stores accompanied by a gift receipt may only be returned for store credit or exchanged in-store within 60 days of original purchase.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT RETURNS
If something isn’t quite right, you have 30 days from the purchase date to return any full-price item(s) and 14 days from the delivery date to return any sale item(s) that are not marked 'Final Sale' for a full refund to the original payment method used for the order.
Returns to our online warehouse are $5. Return fees are processed per order, not per prepaid shipping label. Please reach out to customer service to waive one of the return fees if you choose to return multiple orders using one prepaid label.
We ask that items are returned clean, unworn and have all their tags on. Once your return has been received and processed, you’ll be sent a confirmation email to let you know.
Please note that we do not currently offer exchanges.
Please allow 14 days for your refund to be processed. We always try to be as fast as possible, but during busy periods (such as holidays and sales), it can take a little longer. Once we have processed the return, you will receive a return confirmation email.
Return approval is at the discretion of our operations team and COS reserves the right to deny any return that does not comply with our policy. Denied returns will be shipped back to the customer.
Online orders are not currently able to be returned in store. All online orders must be returned via the online return process. Start a return here.
