You can choose to pay using Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and gift card. More information on these can be found here.

Your payment method will not be charged until we have shipped your order. If the card transaction is approved, the amount will be reserved immediately and you will receive an order confirmation to your email. If the credit card transaction is not approved, your order will be cancelled. More information can be found here.

Gift cards can be bought in our stores and online. Find your local store using our store locator.

You can use both our physical gift cards and e-gift cards in any COS store in the country of purchase and when shopping online. 

To make an online payment with a COS gift card, follow these steps:

1. Select 'Add gift card' when paying at the checkout.

2. Enter the gift card number and PIN code in the pop-up screen.

3. You can use a gift card to pay for your entire order online or combine it with any other payment methods.

Having trouble finding your gift card PIN code? You can find the pin on the back of your physical gift card or above the barcode when you open your e-gift card via email.
