DELIVERY METHODS

What delivery options do I have?

You can choose between Standard Shipping, Express Shipping and Next Day Shipping.

Standard Shipping ($8, 3-7 business days)

Free Standard shipping on orders $200+

Orders placed Monday–Friday will be delivered within 3–7 business days. Orders are delivered Monday–Friday (except Bank Holidays) to residential and commercial addresses. Please allow up to 5 additional days for rural and remote areas.

Express Shipping ($18, 2-3 business days)

Orders placed Monday–Friday will be delivered within 2-3 business days. Orders are delivered Monday–Saturday to residential addresses and commercial addresses.

Express Delivery may not be available during peak selling periods. Delivery is not available for P.O. boxes, NT, YT, and NU and rural/remote addresses.

Next Day Shipping ($25, 1-2 business days)

Orders placed by 11 am ET Monday - Friday will arrive the next business day (Monday to Friday). Orders placed after 11 am ET on Thursday will be delivered on Monday. Orders placed after 11 am ET on Friday or anytime on Saturday and Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday at the latest.

Next Day Delivery may not be available during peak selling seasons. Delivery is not available for P.O. boxes, NT, YT, and NU and rural/remote addresses.

Dangerous Goods

Some fragrance products are classed as dangerous goods and therefore cannot be delivered to the below locations:

Track Your Order

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a shipment confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also track it under ‘Orders’ when you log in to My Account.

Undeliverable Parcels

If your order cannot be delivered it will be returned to COS.
