Det är endast om du vill returnera eller byta varor som innehåller brandfarliga ämnen som du behöver vara medveten om att det finns särskilda transportkrav.

Vi hoppas att du kommer att älska allt du beställer från oss, men om något inte står rätt till har du 30 dagar på dig att skicka tillbaka ditt köp till oss.

Observera att beställningar som görs online mellan 5 november och 10 december 2025 kan returneras ända till 9 januari 2026. För beställningar som görs från och med 11 december 2025 gäller vår ordinarie returpolicy. 

Vi gör en återbetalning av köpesumman med den betalningsmetod som du använde inom 14 dagar från det att vi har tagit emot din retur. Vi ber dig att returnera varorna rena och oanvända och med samtliga etiketter kvar.

Observera att en returavgift på 35 kr kommer att dras från din återbetalning om du väljer att skicka tillbaka din beställning. Vissa undantag gäller.

Vissa produkter kan ej returneras av hygienskäl.
