Eg. nail polish, certain perfumes and nail polish removers as well as pressurised spray cans. At the same time, all our beauty items are tested to ensure that they are safe to use. It's only if you wish to return or exchange items containing flammable substances that you need to be aware that there are special transportation requirements.

We hope you will love everything that you order from us but if something isn't quite right, you have 30 days to send it back to us. Sale items must be returned within 14 days.

We'll give you a refund by the same method you used to pay, minus a returns processing fee of €3 within 14 days of your return. We ask that items are returned clean, unworn and have all their tags on.

These loafers look fabulous even though they are not a comfortable as I thought that they would be.

I've been looking all over the Internet for some animal print loafers. Because I love everything at COS or mostly everything. I thought these might be perfect. There are too wide and too short.
I will return them when the COS in  Century City opens on Friday
