For card payments, we work with an authorized payment agent who, in direct cooperation with your bank, ensures that the card is valid. Our payment agent processes the card details in accordance with the international security standard PCI DSS, which was developed by the card companies VISA, MasterCard, Diners, American Express and JCB. This means that your card details are processed with the highest level of security. In order to process card payments with us as securely as possible, all information sent is encrypted using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). This means that all information passes through a secure connection and your card details cannot be viewed by any external parties.

Currently gift cards can only be bought and used in our stores, within the country of purchase. If you have any further questions about our gift cards, please contact our team in store who will be happy to advise.
Gift cards can be spent in any COS store within the country of purchase, excluding concession stores. Gift cards cannot currently be used online. To check the validity or balance of your Gift card, please contact your local store here.
