Please fill out the return slip and include it inside the return parcel. If you need a new return slip, please click here.
Return Options for England, Wales and Scotland
Evri Drop Off
Take your parcel to your nearest Evri parcel shop. Evri will provide you with a drop-off receipt where you can track the parcel's progress.
Evri Home Collection
Arrange for Evri to pick up your return here. Evri will collect your return from your chosen address and provide you with a receipt, which you can use to track your parcel's progress.

InPost Locker/Shop Returns
1. Create your QR code using the InPost Returns Portal.
2. Find your nearest InPost drop off point to scan and drop off your parcel. No labels are needed - our couriers will add one when they pick up your parcel.
Royal Mail drop-off/Home Collection
Register your return in the Royal Mail return portal. You will receive an email including two free labelling options:
1. A QR code - show the code on your mobile phone, and a label will then be printed for you in the Post Office.
2. A PDF label - print the label at home and fix it to your parcel. Visit your nearest Post Office to drop off your parcel. Royal Mail will provide you with a postage receipt where you can track the parcel’s progress.
Return Options for Northern Ireland
Visit UPS's website for details on how to print a return label, book your free return, and schedule a pick-up.
UPS drop off
Take your parcel to your nearest UPS Access Point. UPS will provide you with a drop-off receipt where you can track the parcel's progress.
UPS home collection
Arrange for UPS to pick up your return by clicking here. Await your Return Confirmation email, which we will send when we have processed your return.
Restrictions
While our fragrances and candles are tested to ensure that they are safe to use, some contain flammable substances and therefore have special transportation requirements and rules for returns. Please follow these steps:
1. The item must be unopened and packed in a box with the LQ Dangerous goods label attached – if you use the original box, then the label is already attached. If you use a different box or the label is damaged, you must print and attach a new one.
2. Fill the box with paper or another filler to ensure the product is secured.
3. Follow the COS returns procedure on your delivery note.
Please be aware that if your original order contained multiple items and are returning an item that isn’t dangerous, you must remove the LQ Dangerous goods label from the packaging.
