DELIVERY METHODS

All standard delivery times can be found on this page. The available shipping methods, costs and the current delivery time of your order will be displayed at checkout.

You can choose between standard home delivery, standard delivery to pick-up location, standard delivery to pick-up locker and express home delivery: 

STANDARD DELIVERY   

Members receive free shipping on all orders over £50.

Currently available in UK.

Standard Home Delivery - £4 

Climate Smart Home Delivery - £4  (only available in London)

Standard Pickup Location or Locker - £4 (not available in Northern Ireland)   

We will deliver your purchase within 4-6 working days after receiving your order confirmation.   

EXPRESS DELIVERY (not available in Northern Ireland)   

EXPRESS Home Delivery - £10   

We will deliver your purchase within 1-3 days, for orders placed before 19:00 Monday to Friday. 

Orders placed after this cut off time will be delivered within two additional working days.   

During high season and sale periods, Premium delivery might be unavailable.   

Your delivery options vary depending on your location within the UK. All duties and taxes paid for all UK orders.   

Delivery Restrictions 

We do not ship to BFPO, mail forwarding companies or the Isle of Man. For shipping to Jersey and Guernsey, please select International Shipping as your location.
