Eg. nail polish, certain perfumes and nail polish removers as well as pressurised spray cans. At the same time, all our beauty items are tested to ensure that they are safe to use. It's only if you wish to return or exchange items containing flammable substances that you need to be aware that there are special transportation requirements.

We hope you will love everything that you order from us but if something isn't quite right, you have 30 days to send it back to us. Sale items must be returned within 14 days.

We'll give you a refund by the same method you used to pay, minus a returns processing fee of €3 within 14 days of your return. We ask that items are returned clean, unworn and have all their tags on.

I really liked the shirt, but unfortunately as a taller customer (182cm) with an athletic figure (i.e not skinny shoulders), the fit just doesn't work. In order to get the shoulders to fit I ordered a 44. These were just right, I couldn't have sized down and moved my arms and had sufficient room across the chest. However the shirt was only just long enough for me, and this unfortunately emphasised the fact that it was far too wide in the body and this was further emphasised by the lovely pleats. It's a common problem for those of us who are ordering a larger size because of our overall proportions/height, rather than body composition.
Its a lovely shirt, and I really liked the covered placket and plears, just unfortunately not one I can make the proportions work for on my body shape. I may your other shirt that is slightly longer and doesn't have the pleats to see if that hangs a little better on me as the cotton quality was lovely.
If I might make a suggestion - if you could  include longer lengths in some of your core pieces I think you would find them popular. Also maybe add an option to your fit calculator that asked whether the person has a slim/athletic/pear/fuller figure to help understand that whilst something might fit your shoulders it may be very loose elsewhere.
