DELIVERY METHODS
All standard delivery times can be found on this page. The available shipping methods, costs and the current delivery time of your order will be displayed at checkout.
You can choose between standard home delivery, standard delivery to pick-up location, and express home delivery:
STANDARD DELIVERY
Members receive free shipping on all orders over CHF 100. You will receive your order within 4-5 working days after receiving the order confirmation.
Standard Home Delivery
Standard Green Pickup Location by Quickpac
Standard Pickup Location or Locker Swiss Post (3-4 working days)
Pickup notification: You will receive an email/sms, as soon as your package arrives at the PUP. Your parcel will be kept at the PUP location for 14 calendar days when delivered with Quickpac and 7 days when delivered with Swisspost.
EXPRESS DELIVERY
We will deliver your purchase within 1-2 days, for orders placed before 18:15h Monday to Friday. Orders placed after this cut off time will be delivered within 2 additional working days.
Express Home Delivery
During high season and sale periods, Express delivery might be unavailable.

If you would like to order something while you are abroad, change the shipping location to match your current location and provide a local delivery address.
