Eg. nail polish, certain perfumes and nail polish removers as well as pressurised spray cans. At the same time, all our beauty items are tested to ensure that they are safe to use. It's only if you wish to return or exchange items containing flammable substances that you need to be aware that there are special transportation requirements.

We hope you will love everything that you order from us but if something isn't quite right, you have 30 days to send it back to us. Sale items must be returned within 14 days.

We'll give you a refund by the same method you used to pay, minus a returns processing fee of €3 within 14 days of your return. We ask that items are returned clean, unworn and have all their tags on.

The dress is very elegant,lovely fit and nice decent colour,I would recommend to buy it.

They fit perfectly, and the material is good-quality, so I hope they'll last me for many years.

Nice fabric, nice fit, but really really short, I decided to keep it as a beach/pool coverup as it's too short to wear in the city.

Very disappointing item. The fabric is very thin and can see through it. Also arrived very creased due to the thin linen. I returned it and probably won't buy from Cos again, I thought it was a better quality brand

I'm normally an XS and I ordered size 34 - the sizing was actually okay and the length was good too. However, the dress is see-through, which was very disappointing. I was planning to wear it to the office or out in town, but it's not wearable like that. It also doesn't have any lining, which I found surprising given the price - with a lining, it would have been a perfect dress. The material itself also feels quite cheap. Overall, I was pretty disappointed when I received it, so I ended up returning it as I bought it at full price.
