Eg. nail polish, certain perfumes and nail polish removers as well as pressurised spray cans. At the same time, all our beauty items are tested to ensure that they are safe to use. It's only if you wish to return or exchange items containing flammable substances that you need to be aware that there are special transportation requirements.

We'll give you a refund by the same method you used to pay, minus a returns processing fee of €3 within 14 days of your return. We ask that items are returned clean, unworn and have all their tags on.

This dress is exactly what I expected. It fits a little loosely, but it's cut that way. Note: the online sizing tool wanted me to get it in 42, whiich would have been way too small, so trust that you know your own sizing better than the online tool!

This dress looks beautiful on the model (which has a very lean body and no curves), but it doesn't fit well on a normal sized person like me.  It can not be worn with a belt because it's so large around the waist, though it fits excellently on the shoulders. I'm returning it.

It's plain A line denim dress just as I wanted and expected!  Material is a bit thick . Not for hot weather.

I like the minimal cut and design features of this dress, especially the all important pockets! However, as with many of Cos's more fitted dresses, it is a bit too tight on the bust for a size 44. I can just about get away with it so I will keep the dress. It's the perfect everyday item for all seasons, but it's not comfortable enough to wear everyday !
