Eg. nail polish, certain perfumes and nail polish removers as well as pressurised spray cans. At the same time, all our beauty items are tested to ensure that they are safe to use. It's only if you wish to return or exchange items containing flammable substances that you need to be aware that there are special transportation requirements.

We hope you will love everything that you order from us but if something isn't quite right, you have 30 days to send it back to us. Sale items must be returned within 14 days.

We'll give you a refund by the same method you used to pay, minus a returns processing fee of €3 within 14 days of your return. We ask that items are returned clean, unworn and have all their tags on.

Cotton is a soft and versatile natural fibre harvested from the cotton plant.

Unfortunately the color is very off. In general bag did not live up the expectations. 
I had returned it.

Nice neutral color, current shape, could be mistaken for an inexpensive bag

my only suggestion is to include a dust bag and a shoulder strap for better value.

I was very disappointed with this bag. It has a very strong alcohol-like chemical smell, which makes it almost impossible to use. For a product described as Italian leather, this was completely unexpected.

The bag is also noticeably smaller than the dimensions stated on the website.

In addition, the zipper looks quite cheap and poorly made. Overall, the bag simply does not have the solid, well-made look shown in the photos online.

Considering the price and the brand's reputation, I expected much better quality.
