All card payments go through an authorised payment agent that helps us check directly with your bank that the card is valid for purchases. Our payment agent processes your card details according to the international security standard PCI DSS, which was developed by VISA, Mastercard, Diners, American Express and JCB. This means your card details are processed with high levels of security.
As a further security measurement, all information is sent in encrypted form using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). This means the information is passed through a secure connection and your card details cannot be read by external parties.

Currently gift cards can only be bought and used in our stores, within the country of purchase. If you have any further questions about our gift cards, please contact our team in store who will be happy to advise.
Gift cards can be spent in any COS store within the country of purchase, excluding concession stores. Gift cards cannot currently be used online. To check the validity or balance of your Gift card, please contact your local store here.
