PAYMENT METHODS
You can choose to pay using Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Gift Card. PayPal and Klarna are also accepted; more information on these can be found below:

PAY NOW
This means you can pay by card directly at the checkout.
You can always pay using Visa, AMEX and Mastercard. Payment will be taken as soon as your order is confirmed.
PAY LATER
You can choose to buy now and pay later, depending on eligibility*.
As soon as your order has been confirmed, you will receive information from Klarna on how and when to complete your payment. Should you have any questions regarding your payment, please contact Klarna for information. If you are not eligible, you will only see the Pay Now option at the checkout.
Not paying for your order on time could affect your ability to use Klarna in the future. We encourage you to spend responsibly, remember to keep up with your repayments to avoid late payment fees and damage to your credit report. Pay later is a form of credit, COS is not the lender.

PayPal
We will take payment from your credit/debit card via your PayPal account. Payment will be taken as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Google Pay
We will take payment from your credit/debit card via your Google Pay account. Payment will be taken as soon as your order is confirmed.

Gift Card
You can choose to pay the whole or part of your order placed at our website with COS gift cards and COS merchandise cards. Read more about COS gift cards and how they can be combined with other payment methods here.
You are obliged to submit a correct e-mail address and to inform COS if your e-mail address changes. Please note that COS reserves the right to send payment requests to your e-mail address.
You will receive your receipt in the shipping confirmation e-mail.
COS reserves the right to assign or pledge to third parties any claim for payment which have arisen in connection with the purchasing of goods via the online store.

Gift cards can be bought in our stores and online. Find your local store using our store locator.
You can use both our physical gift cards and e-gift cards in any COS store in the country of purchase and when shopping online.
To make an online payment with a COS gift card, follow these steps:
1. Select 'Add gift card' when paying at the checkout.
2. Enter the gift card number and PIN code in the pop-up screen.
3. You can use a gift card to pay for your entire order online or combine it with any other payment methods.
Having trouble finding your gift card PIN code? You can find the pin on the back of your physical gift card or above the barcode when you open your e-gift card via email.
