Items ordered in Australia can only be delivered to persons 18 years or older, with an address in Australia.

If you would like to order something while you are abroad, change the shipping country to match your current location and provide a local delivery address.

There are different delivery options through a range of couriers, depending on your delivery location. To view the full options for your location, please click here.

We offer Express (1-4 days) or Standard delivery (1-10 days, depending on location).

H&M is required to calculate, collect, and remit 10% Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST) on low-value goods (LVG), consignments with a value of $1,000 AUD or less, classified as taxable for Australian GST purposes.

Australian GST will apply at the rate of 10% to LVG sold on COS by non-Australian resident suppliers and delivered to an Australian address. When you provide an Australian delivery address at checkout, the estimated tax applies to your consignment and is calculated into your order total. The prices displayed on COS are inclusive of the applicable Australian 10% GST. Australian 10% GST is also applicable on any delivery associated with orders of LVG.
