It's only if you wish to return or exchange items containing flammable substances that you need to be aware that there are special transportation requirements.

The fabric was beautiful but it was too boxy and made me look big and I am a size small. Unfortunately I had to return it for this reason.

I had a similar jumper a few years ago but wore it out. This year's version has nice slits at the side and I think a little longer than the previous version. Not too heavy and can wear with so much.
