If something isn’t quite right, you can post your purchases back to us or return them in store.
ONLINE PURCHASES
1. Proceed to 'Request a return' to process your return via the return portal.
2. Ensure your return form is included in your parcel. If you need a new form, please click here and fill in your order details.
3. You can find detailed instructions in the returns portal, or from the options below.
RETURN IN STORE:
You can return your items to any COS store in the Netherlands for a refund. Simply bring your e-receipt or delivery note, along with the items you wish to return. Please note that items purchased on hm.com cannot be refunded or exchanged in COS stores.
Be sure to keep hold of your receipt in the meantime, since the responsibility of the return is yours until it reaches us.
