RETURNS IN COS STORES

IN-STORE RETURN POLICY

If something isn’t quite right, you have 30 days from the purchase date to return your full-price item(s) for a full refund to the original payment method for the purchase.


All items purchased on sale are eligible for return, exchange or merchandise credit within the next 7 days after purchase.

 

All items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and have their original tags attached. All items must be returned with original receipt. When trying on footwear, please do so on a soft, carpeted surface so that the soles are not damaged and return them in their original shoe box

 

For hygiene reasons, undergarments, and pierced jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty. All swimwear and bodysuits must still have the hygiene strip intact.

 

Gifts purchased in US COS retail stores accompanied by a gift receipt may only be returned for store credit or exchanged within 60 days of original purchase.

 

COS does not accept price adjustments.

 

COS does not accept returns by mail.


Final Sale

Items purchased as Final Sale are not eligible for return, exchange or credit without exception and merchandise is sold as is.


Items Purchased At Other Locations

COS Items purchased at other retail stores, department stores or any other store selling COS merchandise may not be returned in a COS store.


COS Outlet Store Purchases

All COS Outlets purchases are Final Sale. COS outlet store merchandise cannot be returned to a COS retail location or online.

ONLINE RETURNS IN STORE

You can return item(s) purchased online to our stores free of charge in the United States.

 

To return your item(s), simply bring your email order confirmation or the packing slip and the piece(s) you wish to return to your local store.

 

​Please note, items purchased online can only be refunded to the original payment method. Should you wish to make an exchange, it will be processed in two separate transactions. Products purchased in-store cannot be returned online and must be returned in-store only. We are unable to process a refund for any store items returned online.

 

Our regular Online Return policy applies, and our stores will only accept unused, unworn items which have their original tags attached, within 30 days of the original purchase.


Final Sale items are not eligible for in-store returns and cannot be returned or exchanged.
