REFUNDS

Please allow 7 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed. We always try to be as fast as possible, but during busy periods (such as holidays and sales), it can take a little longer. Once we have processed the return, you will receive a return confirmation email.

 

Return approval is at the discretion of our operations team and COS reserves the right to deny any return that does not comply with our policy. Denied returns will be shipped back to the customer.

 

If you haven't received your return or refund confirmation from us, please contact customer service.

GIFT CARDS

If you return items paid for with a COS gift card, you will be issued a new e-gift card with an updated balance via email.


If you pay using a COS gift card and an additional payment method, we will first refund your additional payment method in full and then place the remaining balance on a COS e-gift card.


Example: You've made a purchase totaling $100, paying $25 with a COS e-gift card and $75 with a credit card. If you later return $80 worth of items, we will refund $75 to your credit card and $5 as a new COS e-gift card.


PAYPAL

Your refund will be processed as soon as our warehouse receives your return. PayPal will send you a separate email confirming this.
