DELIVERY METHODS

Due to severe weather affecting several regions across the country, delivery delays are possible. Please check your tracking information for the latest carrier updates as it becomes available.

What delivery options do I have?

You can choose between Economy Shipping, Standard Shipping and Express Shipping.

Economy Shipping ($5, 4-7 business days)

Free Economy shipping on orders $150+

Orders placed Monday–Friday will be delivered within 4–7 business days. Orders are delivered Monday–Saturday to residential and commercial addresses.

Standard Shipping ($10, 3-5 business days)

Orders placed Monday–Friday will be delivered within 3–5 business days. Orders are delivered Monday–Saturday to residential addresses and commercial addresses.

Express Shipping ($25, 1-2 business days)

Orders placed by 12pm EST Monday to Friday will ship out same day and be delivered within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 12pm EST will be shipped out next business day and delivered within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 4pm EST on Friday will be delivered on Tuesday at the earliest. We don’t offer Express shipping service to Alaska and Hawaii at this time.

We deliver to all states including P.O. boxes, but we are unable to ship APO/FPO/DPO addresses or US Territories.

Some fragrance products are classed as dangerous goods and therefore cannot be delivered to the below locations:

Alaska

Hawaii

Puerto Rico

Guam

APO, FPO, DPO & PO boxes

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a shipment confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also track it under ‘Orders’ when you log in to My Account.

Undeliverable Parcels

If your order cannot be delivered it will be returned to COS.
