Pink

Linen is a natural bast fibre derived from flax plants.

Cotton is a soft and versatile natural fibre harvested from the cotton plant.

I've always loved COS and have consistently had great experiences with their clothing, so it's disappointing to say this piece didn't quite meet my expectations.

I ordered the brown linen shirt in a size L, which is my usual choice for a relaxed, casual fit, but this one came up noticeably too large and long. The overall design also feels like it's missing something, though it's hard to pinpoint exactly what. The sleeves in particular sit oddly when worn down, with fabric billowing in places that don't feel flattering.

That said, the colour is a really nice tone of brown, and I've struggled to find a cotton/linen shirt in a shade like this. Because of that, I've decided to keep it for more casual wear. I just wish the fit and design had lived up to the standard I've come to expect from COS.
