Mohair is a soft natural fibre obtained from goats.

Polyamide, also called nylon, is a synthetic fibre made from oil (a fossil resource).

Wool is a natural fibre obtained from sheep.

I usually wear a Medium in COS. I purchased this in a large; it is too small. The buttons gap across the chest, ruining the look. The material and color is beautiful.
