I've been waiting for my order for over 10 days, I haven't received it because of the crappy delivery service COS has and now the Customer Service told me I have to wait for the crappy delivery service to return the order (because of their own mistake!!!) to get my refund after 7-14 days of the return. That's ridiculous. I'm never buying from this store again.

I always fit the m size in cos dresses, but now both dresses I brought seem size s, or less

I tried both 42 and 44 thinking it could be the size. The quality of the material and the shape was the problem. 
I had to return.

It is modist, elegant and nice to wear even on colder days

Unfortunately dress was smaller than expected.
