AUBURN

Auburn evokes the nature of a smouldering flame, with slow-burning embers of amber and smoke. This intricate blend leaves a mysterious aura and a distinctive warmth on the skin. The scent opens with fresh top notes of cardamom green pods and clove buds, warmed with coffee. Vanilla adds depth, enhanced by hints of ylang ylang. Velvety sandalwood is intensified by an amber effect, crafted from cistus and smoky labdanum.

PERFUMER NOTES

Principal Perfumer, Sophie Labbé, highlights three key ingredients that bring Auburn to life. ‘First, coffee, with its rich, roasted depth and subtle fruity accents, adds an energising warmth. Then, vanilla, sourced from Madagascar, brings a creamy sweetness that’s soft and enveloping. Finally, sandalwood, with its warm, woody texture, creates an elegant foundation that ties everything together.’

MYTHE

Mythe is an awakening of the senses – light and woody; richly textured and fresh. This imaginative elixir explores the unexpected. Ginger and green cardamom pods open the scent with spicy, invigorating notes, elevated with bergamot. At its heart, pure vetiver adds texture, while wood violet provides a delicate floral and woody base, accented with hints of Amyris essence.

PERFUMER NOTES

‘Mythe opens with the luminous energy of ginger and the bright zest of Italian bergamot, revealing a fresh and invigorating prelude’, says Master Perfumer, Nathalie Lorson. ‘The fragrance unfolds with the warm spiciness of cardamom from Guatemala, intertwined with the earthy depth of vetiver. In the drydown, violet woods fuse with the soft, resinous touch of Amyris, leaving behind a sophisticated scent.’

'Fragrance is a story: one that unfolds differently on everyone who wears it.'

FLEURISTE

Fleuriste is reminiscent of a fresh bouquet of roses carried on a breeze. Bergamot and mandarin merge with pink pepper, while the floral heart of the scent is a trio of rose damascena, magnolia and peony. Light woodiness and sweet musks form the base, with Madagascan vanilla planifolia that lends an air of serenity.

PERFUMER NOTES

‘Fragrance is first and foremost about the emotions it evokes’, says Master Perfumer, Nathalie Lorson. ‘Fleuriste is my interpretation of sheer joy and purity, where delicate floral notes blend effortlessly with airy, musky softness. At its heart, rose damascena brings a fresh yet sensual presence, its petals unfolding with natural elegance. The sparkling brightness of mandarin adds a radiant energy. And finally, vanilla wraps the composition in a comforting warmth.’

SOLAIRE

Solaire is a dynamic fusion of vibrancy and light, with a powerful blend of warming spices and ancestral resins that radiates brilliance. The fragrance opens with a lively and spicy mix of olibanum and styrax essence, combined with black pepper. At its core, amber notes and elemi essence shine, illuminated by a touch of musk. Warm benzoin notes are complemented by a halo of cedarwood and smoky cistus.

PERFUMER NOTES

‘My passion for fragrance is driven by curiosity, whether it’s history, art or a conversation – I find that inspiration is everywhere’, says Principal Perfumer, Ilias Ermenidis. ‘At the heart of Solaire is incense; its smoky and resinous depth create a sense of mystery and warmth. This richness is illuminated by vibrant floral notes with green and spicy facets that add to this sensual energy. Finally, cistus labdanum envelops the composition in an ambery softness, with its velvety, slightly leathery warmth bringing everything together.’

FAQ

Q.

  • How long can fragrances last?

  • A.

  • Typically three to five years. However, several factors, such as the nature of lighter citrus or floral notes, storage conditions and the quality of the ingredients, can determine durability.

  • Q.

  • How to store fragrances?

  • A.

  • Fragrance can degrade with exposure to light and humidity, so store standing upright in a cool, dry and dark environment to preserve the integrity of the ingredients.

  • Q.

  • Where to apply fragrances?

  • A.

  • Pulse points are the most effective way to diffuse fragrance. These can be found on the wrists, neck, behind the ears and the inner elbows. Application on your chest, behind the knees and on clothing allows a scent to permeate naturally throughout the day.

  • Q.

  • How to layer fragrances?

  • A.

  • To create a personalised scent profile, start with a heavier base note, such as vanilla or musk, followed by a complementary middle note in the floral, spice or fruit family, finished with a top note of citrus to add complexity and freshness. Be mindful of balancing intensities – a useful tip is to layer Eau de Parfum with Eau de Toilette to create depth.

  • Q.

  • What's the difference between fragrance and perfume?

  • A.

  • Fragrance is a broad term that refers to scent itself, while perfume (or ‘parfum’) specifically refers to a type of highly concentrated fragrance containing 20-30% fragrance oils and is known for its intensity and longevity.

  • Q.

  • How are fragrances made?

  • A.

  • The process begins with selecting high-quality ingredients which are then extracted to produce essential oils. These oils are blended by perfumers, known as ‘noses’, to create a desired scent profile, combining top, middle and base notes for balance. The blended fragrance is then aged for several weeks to mature and enhance its complexity before being rigorously tested for consistency and quality control.
