We are really pleased to offer you a great range of fashion with a wide selection of cosmetics. However, a few of our cosmetics contain flammable substances and therefore have delivery restrictions. Eg. nail polish, certain perfumes and nail polish removers as well as pressurized spray cans. At the same time, all our beauty items are tested to ensure that they are safe to use. It's only if you wish to return or exchange items containing flammable substances that you need to be aware that there are special transportation requirements.

We deliver to all states including P.O. boxes, but we are unable to ship APO/FPO/DPO addresses or US Territories.

Some fragrance products are classed as dangerous goods and therefore cannot be delivered to the below locations:

4-7 business days. Orders placed Monday–Friday will be delivered within 4–7 business days. Orders are delivered Monday–Saturday to residential and commercial addresses.

The easiest way to return any beauty product classified as dangerous goods is to use the original parcel because it already has the LQ.

I am leaving a review of this item because I was requested to via an email from COS.  The message said "SHARE YOUR SIZE & FIT FEEDBACK".  I have been doing so for years and as the situation gets worse by the year, I suspect COS are not listening.  My feedback is - as it has ever been - fit is fine for women who are 6ft  tall and have the shape of a tree sapling.  Anyone else need not apply.  No allowance for feminine curves - no bust shaping to speak of, no hip or bum allowance and a disproportionately small waist.  You stock a size 44 but seem to have no idea what that actually means.  It means that a woman wearing this size most likely has a full bust, hips, and a larger waist than you allow for.  You asked, so I told you.  After a good many years, I have now bought from COS for the last time.  I have had enough, and now that there is a £3 restocking fee, I am voting with my feet (and my purse).
