We are really pleased to offer you a great range of fashion with a wide selection of cosmetics. However, a few of our cosmetics contain flammable substances and therefore have delivery restrictions. Eg. nail polish, certain perfumes and nail polish removers as well as pressurized spray cans. At the same time, all our beauty items are tested to ensure that they are safe to use. It's only if you wish to return or exchange items containing flammable substances that you need to be aware that there are special transportation requirements.

We deliver to all states including P.O. boxes, but we are unable to ship APO/FPO/DPO addresses or US Territories.

Some fragrance products are classed as dangerous goods and therefore cannot be delivered to the below locations:

4-7 business days. Orders placed Monday–Friday will be delivered within 4–7 business days. Orders are delivered Monday–Saturday to residential and commercial addresses.

 3-5 business days. Orders placed Monday–Friday will be delivered within 3–5 business days. Orders are delivered Monday–Saturday to residential addresses and commercial addresses.

Standard Shipping 

1-2 business days. Orders placed by 12pm EST Monday to Friday will ship out same day and be delivered within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 12pm EST will be shipped out next business day and delivered within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 4pm EST on Friday will be delivered on Tuesday at the earliest. It's just as easy to return a nail polish as it is to return a pair of jeans.

The easiest way to return any beauty product classified as dangerous goods is to use the original parcel because it already has the LQ.

I ordered a size 10 thinking it would be a little bit big and it was a little bit small so now I’m waiting for the 12 to arrive. I absolutely love your clothes but I never can figure out the fit. I know you know whether they’re oversized, etc. But the ones that you’ve noted are regular sizing are never quite regular sizing. Thank you.
I also wish you do more things in colors instead of everything black black black black. Maybe your clothes are geared for people who work in an office.
Last year I bought a fabulous gold voluminous top that could be off the shoulder and I absolutely love it. More interesting tops in a few colors would be good.

This top was very, very  snug.  I ordered 6 items all small or size 6, and this was so much smaller than the other items that fit.  I think i would have needed two sizes larger for this top to work.  I thought it was very pretty and sorry that it didn't work out.
