We are really pleased to offer you a great range of fashion with a wide selection of cosmetics. However, a few of our cosmetics contain flammable substances and therefore have delivery restrictions. Eg. nail polish, certain perfumes and nail polish removers as well as pressurized spray cans. At the same time, all our beauty items are tested to ensure that they are safe to use. It's only if you wish to return or exchange items containing flammable substances that you need to be aware that there are special transportation requirements.

We deliver to all states including P.O. boxes, but we are unable to ship APO/FPO/DPO addresses or US Territories.

Some fragrance products are classed as dangerous goods and therefore cannot be delivered to the below locations:

4-7 business days. Orders placed Monday–Friday will be delivered within 4–7 business days. Orders are delivered Monday–Saturday to residential and commercial addresses.

 3-5 business days. Orders placed Monday–Friday will be delivered within 3–5 business days. Orders are delivered Monday–Saturday to residential addresses and commercial addresses.

Standard Shipping 

1-2 business days. Orders placed by 12pm EST Monday to Friday will ship out same day and be delivered within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 12pm EST will be shipped out next business day and delivered within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 4pm EST on Friday will be delivered on Tuesday at the earliest. We don’t offer Express shipping service to Alaska and Hawaii at this time.

Disappointing thin fabric, the hem wasn't (as I remember the pics) dipped at the back - 
I am 5'6" and it just covered my (awful!) knees -  I bought a size 40, intending to wear as a loose beach/pool cover up fitted ok, but somehow just looked like a sack - It also didn't help that it was packed in a small bag, and arrived very crumpled, not folded well at all.
I am sure I saw this "on sale" - when I eventually ordered it was full price £95 - I would have kept it if it had still been on sale at a bargain price, but, 
Sorry, I have returned - I am disappointed, but am sure COS will come up with something better soon!
