We are really pleased to offer you a great range of fashion with a wide selection of cosmetics. However, a few of our cosmetics contain flammable substances and therefore have delivery restrictions. Eg. nail polish, certain perfumes and nail polish removers as well as pressurized spray cans. At the same time, all our beauty items are tested to ensure that they are safe to use. It's only if you wish to return or exchange items containing flammable substances that you need to be aware that there are special transportation requirements.

We deliver to all states including P.O. boxes, but we are unable to ship APO/FPO/DPO addresses or US Territories.

Some fragrance products are classed as dangerous goods and therefore cannot be delivered to the below locations:

4-7 business days. Orders placed Monday–Friday will be delivered within 4–7 business days. Orders are delivered Monday–Saturday to residential and commercial addresses.

 3-5 business days. Orders placed Monday–Friday will be delivered within 3–5 business days. Orders are delivered Monday–Saturday to residential addresses and commercial addresses.

Standard Shipping 

1-2 business days. Orders placed by 12pm EST Monday to Friday will ship out same day and be delivered within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 12pm EST will be shipped out next business day and delivered within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 4pm EST on Friday will be delivered on Tuesday at the earliest. We don’t offer Express shipping service to Alaska and Hawaii at this time.

It's just as easy to return a nail polish as it is to return a pair of jeans.

The easiest way to return any beauty product classified as dangerous goods is to use the original parcel because it already has the LQ.

Cute overall but really heavy. I would not have bought if I had tried them on in the store.

Color and material are great, but uncomfortable

Really good quality flip flops. Not for comfortable long walks. Although might be, will see.  Kept and look forward to style them in summer.

I LOVE the style of this shoe and was hoping that it would be my most casual go-to for the summer.  

The shape of the piece between the toes was very uncomfortable and would be a simple fix to round it rather than its current construction.

I would also like more support in the heel to make it an everyday shoe.
