We are really pleased to offer you a great range of fashion with a wide selection of cosmetics. However, a few of our cosmetics contain flammable substances and therefore have delivery restrictions. Eg. nail polish, certain perfumes and nail polish removers as well as pressurized spray cans. At the same time, all our beauty items are tested to ensure that they are safe to use. It's only if you wish to return or exchange items containing flammable substances that you need to be aware that there are special transportation requirements.

We deliver to all states including P.O. boxes, but we are unable to ship APO/FPO/DPO addresses or US Territories.

Some fragrance products are classed as dangerous goods and therefore cannot be delivered to the below locations:

4-7 business days. Orders placed Monday–Friday will be delivered within 4–7 business days. Orders are delivered Monday–Saturday to residential and commercial addresses.

 3-5 business days. Orders placed Monday–Friday will be delivered within 3–5 business days. Orders are delivered Monday–Saturday to residential addresses and commercial addresses.

Standard Shipping 

1-2 business days. Orders placed by 12pm EST Monday to Friday will ship out same day and be delivered within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 12pm EST will be shipped out next business day and delivered within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 4pm EST on Friday will be delivered on Tuesday at the earliest. The easiest way to return any beauty product classified as dangerous goods is to use the original parcel because it already has the LQ.

I bought these shoes a month ago and wore them carefully no more than 5 times. Already after the second time I wore them, the soles started to fall off, and now the toe on one of the shoes ripped. They look cool but definitely not cost the money because they were not made to be worn not even daily, but worn at all anywhere outside of a photo studio. Again, very sad, because I do love the style of the shoes, but I think it was my last time buying shoes from COS, did not expect the quality to be so bad

The leather seams comfortably smooth but the 38 fit, which is my regular one, felt too tight, had to size up to 39. Waiting to receive the new pair. Hope they'll feel good this time because the shoes look really nice.

These shoes are lovely. Good fit and the high vamp is unusual. The only issue I have is that the description says the inner is leather but it appears it is just the insole that is leather. However it doesn't spoil the shoe.
