This is a really lovely things to have in my wardrobe. It can be dressed up or down, part of suiting or smart casual on the weekend.  It goes with just about everything.

A bit large for me, otherwise nice and comfortable.

Can be wearing with t-shirt  because little bit small in chest. usually size 42

Lovely waistcoat, perfect fit (42) unlined so nice and cool in the warmer weather.
Slighter paler pink than I expected but lovely quality. 
Really pleased with my purchase!

I am a US size 10 which in most brands correspond to European size 42, but for COS the equivalent of 42 is US 12.  So I bought this vest in size 12.  I love it!  It is structured enough to be worn as a second layer over a t-shirt or a linen shirt, but also looks great by itself. The armholes can work with some bras, and the cleavage is not excessively low.
