We are really pleased to offer you a great range of fashion with a wide selection of cosmetics. However, a few of our cosmetics contain flammable substances and therefore have delivery restrictions. Eg. nail polish, certain perfumes and nail polish removers as well as pressurized spray cans. At the same time, all our beauty items are tested to ensure that they are safe to use. It's only if you wish to return or exchange items containing flammable substances that you need to be aware that there are special transportation requirements.

We deliver to all states including P.O. boxes, but we are unable to ship APO/FPO/DPO addresses or US Territories.

Some fragrance products are classed as dangerous goods and therefore cannot be delivered to the below locations:

4-7 business days. Orders placed Monday–Friday will be delivered within 4–7 business days. Orders are delivered Monday–Saturday to residential and commercial addresses.

Standard Shipping 

1-2 business days. Orders placed by 12pm EST Monday to Friday will ship out same day and be delivered within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 12pm EST will be shipped out next business day and delivered within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 4pm EST on Friday will be delivered on Tuesday at the earliest. The easiest way to return any beauty product classified as dangerous goods is to use the original parcel because it already has the LQ.

Viscose is a regenerated cellulose fibre commonly made from wood, but the raw material could also consist of other cellulosic materials.

I had to size down on this shirt because it was so large. I usually wear a 6 and would have kept the 2, but it didn't skim over the matching shorts the way it should, so I kept the 4. 

I almost exclusively buy COS clothing when adding something to my wardrobe because the quality, design, and value are so superior to everything else. Some requests: more fitted silhouettes and more prints. You can only have so many black items, and there's nothing like a spectacular print that makes someone think they must have it. I love well-placed volume in silhouettes, but not everyone can carry off volume on top and volume on the bottom because not everyone is 5' 8"+ and 130 pounds. I am 5' 6" and 125 pounds, and I don't think I could wear as many of your clothing items if I were any shorter because the silhouettes would not be flattering. 

I live in Hawaii and am looking forward to seeing your late spring/summer items.
