A beautiful jacket. But despite following the size guide closely (it recommended a size L) this was way too big - I am a size 12-14 but this swamped me - I returned it  (size L) and bought a size M.  This too was too big - sleeves covered most of my hands and overall looked huge.  Very disappointing as I loved the jacket.

After only a few days of wear, the fabric has developed significant pilling across the entire surface, and the item already looks visibly worn. This level of deterioration after minimal use indicates a quality defect rather than normal wear and tear.  
As the weather only recently became suitable, I started wearing the coat recently, and the issue appeared immediately after the first uses.  
Additionally, I have noticed that the fabric composition stated on the garment label differs significantly from what was advertised on your website.  
The website states:  Outer layer: 68% Wool, 32% Polyester  
However, the garment label shows:  68% Polyester, 32% Wool  
This is a substantial discrepancy and means the item is not as described at the time of purchase.  
Under EU consumer protection law, I would like to request a full refund for this faulty and misdescribed item.

This jacket is oversized, so the fit is intentionally loose, which is fine. However, the sleeve cap is too high while the jacket also has a drop-shoulder sleeve. This combination is uncomfortable and restricts arm movement.
