LINEN

Linen is a natural fabric, spun from the fibres of the flax plant. These long fibres make it resilient and able hold its shape for longer. Characterised by an airy feel and light, breathable weave, linen is quick to dry and comfortable to wear, making it ideal for travel or the summer months.

Avoid washing linen where possible and instead ventilate between wears. Where washing can’t be avoided, machine wash on a low spin at 30°C to retain the fibre’s strength and colour. When washing by hand, do so using lukewarm water. After washing, always air dry, avoiding direct sunlight. You can use the steam from a hot shower to help reduce creasing too. When storing, refrain from using thin wire hangers or clips that can leave impressions on the fabric, as it will lose its intended shape.
