All standard delivery times can be found on this page. The available shipping methods, costs and the current delivery time of your order will be displayed at checkout.
Standard Delivery
Members receive free shipping on all orders over €50.
Standard Home Delivery
Standard Pickup Location
We will deliver your purchase within 3-4 working days (Monday to Friday) after receiving your order confirmation.
Express Delivery
Express Home Delivery
We will deliver your purchase within 1-2 days, for orders placed before 23:00 Sunday to Thursday. Orders placed after this cut off time will be delivered within two additional working days. This excludes Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.
During high season and sale periods, Express delivery might be unavailable.
Frequently asked questions about deliveries
We deliver to home addresses, pickup locations and pickup lockers in Germany. Please fill out your location details in the checkout to see which options are available in your area. We do not ship to the overseas territories (Island Helgoland and area of Busingen).
You can also have your order delivered to a pickup location or pickup locker. Select your preferred option at checkout. If you would like to order something while you are abroad, change the shipping location to match your current location and provide a local delivery address.
Depending on the chosen delivery option, you will receive your order within 3-4 days with standard delivery, or within 1-2 days with express delivery.
