We are really pleased to offer you a great range of fashion with a wide selection of cosmetics. However, a few of our cosmetics contain flammable substances and therefore have delivery restrictions. Eg. nail polish, certain perfumes and nail polish removers as well as pressurized spray cans. At the same time, all our beauty items are tested to ensure that they are safe to use. It's only if you wish to return or exchange items containing flammable substances that you need to be aware that there are special transportation requirements.

We deliver to all states including P.O. boxes, but we are unable to ship APO/FPO/DPO addresses or US Territories.

Some fragrance products are classed as dangerous goods and therefore cannot be delivered to the below locations:

4-7 business days. Orders placed Monday–Friday will be delivered within 4–7 business days. Orders are delivered Monday–Saturday to residential and commercial addresses.

The easiest way to return any beauty product classified as dangerous goods is to use the original parcel because it already has the LQ.

I'm normally a UK size 12, sometimes a size 10 if something is fairly oversized. I've just bought a COS short sleeved shirt and ended up with a size 34. In this shirt I ordered the 34 and 36. I ended up keeping the size 36, so it's slightly less oversized than the short sleeved shirt. The problem is that the whole shirt has been sized up, but the sleeves haven't been sized up to the same extent. I get this a lot. The size 12 sleeves are fine, but if I have to go down to a size 6 or size 8 shirt because it is so oversized, the sleeves haven't been sized up to size 12 length. The size 36 sleeves are just about long enough but they only just about  reach the end of my wrists when my arms are straight. For a loose, slouchy shirt like this, with the elongated cuffs, I'd like it to extend a bit more down my arm, rather than the elongated cuffs going halfway up my arm, which does feel a bit odd. Other than that, it's a lovely shirt, but I would recommend sizing down one or two sizes from your usual High Street size.

I absolutely love this shirt. However it does come up ridiculously oversized. I am a UK size 12 in most High Street stores. The fit finder recommended the size 38 to me.  I ended up ordering the sizes 34 and 36 and kept the 34. The 36 was wearable undone over a t-shirt but had a fair bit of spare fabric. It wouldn't have looked good done up as far too wide. The 34 is perfect and is still a loose, slouchy fit, not tight and fitted. I've bought both the blue and the pink.
