We are really pleased to offer you a great range of fashion with a wide selection of cosmetics. However, a few of our cosmetics contain flammable substances and therefore have delivery restrictions. Eg. nail polish, certain perfumes and nail polish removers as well as pressurized spray cans. At the same time, all our beauty items are tested to ensure that they are safe to use. It's only if you wish to return or exchange items containing flammable substances that you need to be aware that there are special transportation requirements.

We deliver to all states including P.O. boxes, but we are unable to ship APO/FPO/DPO addresses or US Territories.

Some fragrance products are classed as dangerous goods and therefore cannot be delivered to the below locations:

4-7 business days. Orders placed Monday–Friday will be delivered within 4–7 business days. Orders are delivered Monday–Saturday to residential and commercial addresses.

The easiest way to return any beauty product classified as dangerous goods is to use the original parcel because it already has the LQ.

Debuting for Spring Summer 2024, this contemporary bucket-style clutch is crafted from premium hide that is tanned an enduring black hue using a chrome-free tanning process. Beautiful bag. Only thing: the shoulder strap could be a bit longer as it's difficult to make it a cross body when I have a coat on, but otherwise, so pleased with the quality of the leather and the way it feels. Had hoped to buy the red one but it wasn't available any more when I looked.

The leather is so soft, the perfect tone of red in real life (I hate orange red hues which H&M seems to do a lot and was worried COS would do the same) and the bag can be worn two ways with a magnetic closure.

It’s nice, but it’s not. 
It’s flimsy and very lightweight, too lightweight actually. The thick strap is a nice addition, but it can’t be adjusted and it’s too short to wear cross-body. The length of the strap is also awkward for wearing this clutch off the shoulder. Too long, so it will probably slide off the shoulder if you’re wearing a coat. And once again, you can’t really adjust it. 
The magnetic clasp is nice and firm. The size of the clutch is also disappointing, since I was hoping for a bigger baggier look. It’s hard for me to style it, so I’m considering a return. I wouldn’t buy it full price as it’s not really worth it in my opinion.

The bag is stylish and well made. Very soft and high quality sooth leather. However, I am not a big fan of black bags or clothes. Once I purchased the same bag in burgundy color, I returned the black one. I wish I could also get the same bag in red or green or orange colors! Cos! Bring more colors!
