Our design team work with our expert suppliers to handpick considered materials. We work with a range of manufacturing suppliers in China, Türkiye, Portugal, Romania and more. Working with such a diverse range of partners – whether that’s small suppliers specialising in traditional techniques or larger-scale factories who embrace innovative processes – means we tap into a tremendous amount of shared expertise and passion. 


Currently, over 85,000 people are employed by our global manufacturing suppliers to make our collections, with 40% of suppliers based in Europe and 60% in Asia. Although we don’t own these organisations, we expect that everyone we work with treats their employees fairly and follows set business practices, such as providing statutory wages and benefits, fair working hours and preventing any form of harassment or discrimination in the workplace. 


To ensure this, we work together with factory owners, local governments, trade unions and non-government organisations, as well as garment makers themselves. Before we work with any new suppliers, they must sign a Sustainability Commitment and Code of Ethics.
