We are really pleased to offer you a great range of fashion with a wide selection of cosmetics. However, a few of our cosmetics contain flammable substances and therefore have delivery restrictions. Eg. nail polish, certain perfumes and nail polish removers as well as pressurized spray cans. At the same time, all our beauty items are tested to ensure that they are safe to use. It's only if you wish to return or exchange items containing flammable substances that you need to be aware that there are special transportation requirements.

We deliver to all states including P.O. boxes, but we are unable to ship APO/FPO/DPO addresses or US Territories.

Some fragrance products are classed as dangerous goods and therefore cannot be delivered to the below locations:

4-7 business days. Orders placed Monday–Friday will be delivered within 4–7 business days. Orders are delivered Monday–Saturday to residential and commercial addresses.

 3-5 business days. Orders placed Monday–Friday will be delivered within 3–5 business days. Orders are delivered Monday–Saturday to residential addresses and commercial addresses.

Standard Shipping 

1-2 business days. Orders placed by 12pm EST Monday to Friday will ship out same day and be delivered within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 12pm EST will be shipped out next business day and delivered within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 4pm EST on Friday will be delivered on Tuesday at the earliest. We don’t offer Express shipping service to Alaska and Hawaii at this time.

The easiest way to return any beauty product classified as dangerous goods is to use the original parcel because it already has the LQ.

slightly smaller than other type of trousers, size 42 is ok for me, but for this trousers is a bit tight

I love them, material, shape, everything, just they were to tight I would need 42 I guess (the other order I bought 42 other trousers and were tight too). but you there were not 42 size, if there would be I would definitely buy them.

Beautiful green colour, but the sizing is completely wrong. I own many COS trousers in my usual size 32, but I had to reorder these twice - eventually settling on a size 36 - because they run incredibly small. With COS now charging for returns, this inconsistent sizing is frustrating and expensive. Please standardise your fit!
