Textured concrete panels add tactility to the modern façade – a feature sourced locally during the construction process.
Inside, the vast space spans four floors, complete with calming lounge areas where people can pause for a moment. A navy staircase nods to blues seen across Istanbul’s architecture and within the nazar boncuğu, a Turkish amulet.
