Eg. nail polish, certain perfumes and nail polish removers as well as pressurised spray cans. At the same time, all our beauty items are tested to ensure that they are safe to use. It's only if you wish to return or exchange items containing flammable substances that you need to be aware that there are special transportation requirements.

We hope you will love everything that you order from us but if something isn't quite right, you have 30 days to send it back to us. Sale items must be returned within 14 days.

We'll give you a refund by the same method you used to pay, minus a returns processing fee of €3 within 14 days of your return. We ask that items are returned clean, unworn and have all their tags on.

I think yes the size is a bit large but if you have a wider foot, it's actually spot on. The only issue is that I'm not able to wear them without the ties because of that slightly bigger fit. But otherwise these are perfect.

These shoes are super cute & I love the versatility of being able to wear them with or without the ankle ties. They run true to size & are so comfortable to wear.

Not a great fit. Maybe 7.5 would be better but overall I am generally an 8. I have rarely had luck with COS shoes, although I am a big fan of the brand overall.  The shoes, for me, are either too small or too big. Only once have I had a pair fit well.
