PROCESSING A RETURN
Your return will take up to 14 days to reach us and be processed. We will refund the purchase price, minus a 30 kr processing fee, using the payment method you chose. If it's been longer than 14 days, please contact Customer Service with your proof of return, such as your collection receipt or drop-off slip.

Postnord Attach your pre-paid Postnord to the parcel and drop off at your nearest Postnord.
Budbee If your order was delivered via Budbee, you can also book a pick-up of your return. You will receive an SMS from Budbee with instructions after you have received your goods. The courier will bring a return label.
Budbee box Attach the self-adhesive address label to your shipment and book a return via the link in the SMS previously sent to you. See more instructions here.
If the package is too large, you will be able to book a pick-up of the return at your home.
