Eg. nail polish, certain perfumes and nail polish removers as well as pressurised spray cans. At the same time, all our beauty items are tested to ensure that they are safe to use. It's only if you wish to return or exchange items containing flammable substances that you need to be aware that there are special transportation requirements.

We hope you will love everything that you order from us but if something isn't quite right, you have 30 days to send it back to us. Sale items must be returned within 14 days.

We'll give you a refund by the same method you used to pay, minus a returns processing fee of €3 within 14 days of your return. We ask that items are returned clean, unworn and have all their tags on.

The leather was horribly rigid and far from supple. I wouldn't have been able to walk anywhere in them. I returned the shoes x 2 pairs and have had no acknowledgement of their receipt. I am lived. This is not good enough. 
I purhcased a  37 and a 38 and couldn't wear either because the leather hurt.

I was hoping these were a soft leather, they were described as supple, but they are far from it. The style was good but I couldn't have worn these due to the hard leather they were made from.  So I returned them I tend to have to buy a 37 and a 38 from Cos now because depending on the style, I have found I now need to size down to a 37.  I have several sneakers from Cos and needed 37 in those. .
