We are really pleased to offer you a great range of fashion with a wide selection of cosmetics. However, a few of our cosmetics contain flammable substances and therefore have delivery restrictions. Eg. nail polish, certain perfumes and nail polish removers as well as pressurised spray cans. At the same time, all our beauty items are tested to ensure that they are safe to use. It's only if you wish to return or exchange items containing flammable substances that you need to be aware that there are special transportation requirements.

We hope you will love everything that you order from us but if something isn't quite right, you have 30 days to send it back to us. Sale items must be returned within 14 days.

We'll give you a refund by the same method you used to pay, minus a returns processing fee of €3 within 14 days of your return. We ask that items are returned clean, unworn and have all their tags on.

Great bag. The colour is easy to match - it's not purely grey, but has a subtle green, moss-like undertone. Surprisingly spacious, even though I bought the smaller version. I just wish the handles were a bit longer or adjustable, as it doesn't fit comfortably over the shoulder when wearing a coat.

Love love love. Got the bigger version a while back and found it too heavy. This is perfect for day to day and color is very versatile and pleasant

This is a beautiful, excellent quality suede tote!  I have loved everything I've ever ordered from COS, and this tote is no exception.  The suede is thick, buttery and amazing as far as quality of materials, and construction.  The size is perfect for my needs, as other similar ones I have seen are either too large and heavy, or too small.  

This tote is fairly light, despite the fact that the suede is premium, and substantial. I purchased the gray this time, and I plan to order the brown as well.  Because I live in a climate that tends to have quite a bit of cold precipitation in Fall, Winter and Spring, I do plan to use a suede protectant spray, and honestly, this tote is so beautiful that I want to ensure that it is protected from water and stains. 

I hope that COS will make this size in regular leather as well!

Perfect size for my height, I'm 5'2". Fits a macbook 16" & 14" perfectly.
