Driving Directions From 95 South (coming from New York and Philadelphia):

• Proceed south on I-95 until you near Baltimore
• Go through the Ft. McHenry tunnel, keeping in the right-hand tube
• Take the second exit, Exit 53, I-395 toward downtown/Inner Harbor
• Stay to the left; 395 becomes Howard Street
• Proceed 2 blocks north to Pratt Street and turn right onto Pratt
• Proceed 3 blocks east to Charles Street and turn left onto Charles
• Proceed 3 block north Fayette Street
• 1 North Charles is on the southeast corner of Charles and Fayette Streets.

• Proceed north on I-95 until you near Baltimore
• Take exit for downtown Baltimore (395/Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard).
